**911PA volunteer noticed a new Pet Harbor listing for a found Green/Blue Parrot (no photo), dated Sept 03, 2011, at the Arlington, VA shelter and emailed this owner about the posting, and received this email response from Charlie’s owner:
“Oh my goodness Karen it was him!! Thanks so much! You don’t know how grateful I am! Thank you! Cecilia”

Charlie has a little red on his tail all green with tint of blue on his head(very light), Says hello and step up if your lucky he’ll say Sophia
Doesnt like males too much, hes a ladies man. This is his first time ever out. Will eat anything!
