Piper is a very people friendly 2 1/2 year old cockatiel. Her (possibly his) plume is yellow, and her body is white/gray (included a photo). She was lost in the Hickory area near Etheridge Manor Blvd. in Chesapeake VA on Jan. 8 2012. She is very used to being handled so please help her and let her inside if you see her (it’s so cold out). Please contact us even if you just hear her or see her outside. She will “step up”, say “Piper Piper Baby Bird”, “Where’s Grandma” and a few other things. She whistles the whistling part of “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life” and under normal circumstances will come from across the house to your shoulder if you whistle that. She has a leg band.
