Mango has full wings and is an accomplished flyer. He is used to being our shoulder bird and may seek out help by alighting on someone. He was in need of a nail trim at the time of flyoff, so he will have sharp points on his nails. Like many Red-Bellied Poicephalus he can be quick to nip a stranger’s finger so be careful. He will walk off your shoulder to a perch or offered surface.
He is banded on his right leg and we can supply band information.
