Perry is almost 2 years old, and is semi-tamed. He just grew his wings back in so he is a little rusty in flying. He makes high-pitched squawking noises.
Last seen inside the house on 14th Ave NE in North City. He must be outside around the Ridgecrest Neighborhood.
