Scooter is a normal grey cockatiel, with only 1 or 2 tail feathers. He lost the others a couple years ago and they’ve never grown back in. He says “Tweaky Bird” and whistles some. His partner Zoe misses him and cries out all day. Very friendly but bites if upset. He may just land on a person’s shoulder.
