Very very friendly parakeet. Likes people, bables constantly and does speak a few phrases (“what are you doing” is clearest). Will land on your head or shoulder. Will often come when called with your hand out “C’mere Tweety!”. Bird flew out door–i am broken hearted. Anyone seeing or hearing him please let me know
