As my daughter was playing with her pet, and best friend, Polly the other day, one of the neighbor kids opened to the door and startled the bird…..she managed to fly right past him and around the side of the house. We spent hours walking the neighborhood looking for her with no luck. My daughter is heartbroken. I can’t even express to you how much this bird means to her!! They have been inseparable since we got her the bird 2 years ago. Upon doing some research we learned that Polly will likely start visiting bird feeders in the area and we are hoping someone spots her. She is not your typical grey cockatiel, she is bright white & yellow so she sticks out well. Please if you see her call us immediately, she is very friendly but we’re afraid if someone she doesn’t know tries to approach her she may just fly further away. Thank you so much for reading and please pray for her return to my little girl.
