Lost Ringneck - Moustached in Sun Prairie

My mustache parakeet went missing Tuesday night, sometime between 7pm and 10pm from my balcony in Cannery Square. She is smaller, maybe 10 inches with her tail. She is mostly green with a pink chest and a blueish head, she has a thin black marking between her eyes and a thick black marking under her beak that resembles a mustache. Her wings are clipped so she isn’t able to fly to well, she mainly glides from higher places to the ground. She can be a bit nippy towards strangers but will step up if she is scared or somewhere she doesn’t want to be. Oh and incase your wondering what she was doing on my balcony, we put her cage out there on nice days so she can get some sun, birds need UVB just like reptiles, we have never had a problem till tonight, she some how got out of her cage.
