He may try to land on you, because he just learned how to fly. He has a leg band on his right leg and a missing back toe on his left. Last verified sighting on video on roof of 7Brew Coffee (corner of 291hwy & E 23rd St) in Independence on 3/2. He was trying to land on employees. Please help us.
