Finn is a very sweet bird. He is yellow with orange spots on his face and grey on his wings. He has a band on his foot with the number (# on file with 911PA) on it. He is my 12 year old daughters bird, she saved up her money to buy him and we are all devastated. He stuck around high in the trees until Tuesday afternoon, he stopped answering our calls.

From Craigslist:

$50 Reward. Lost on 9/25, yellow cockatiel with orange spots on face and gray spots on wings. His name is Finn and we saw him this morning 9/26 but he flew off. Please call 755-2509 if you spot him or catch him. He belongs to my 12 year old daughter, who is heart broken. Finn stuck around until Tuesday morning and he hasn’t answered our calls and whistles since.

If you know of someone who found a cockatiel and it leads to us finding Finn, the reward money would be awarded to to the person who supplied us to that lead. Please let us know, we are just heart sick over losing Finn.

We have seen the ad posted about the other yellow bird spotted in Penfield, but unfortunately it is not our bird. Please continue to keep your eyes out for Finn. If you can catch the other bird, we will care for him and look for his owner. It’s getting cold at night, so the sooner the better.

A bird sounding like a cockatiel was heard in the Edenfield area. I went there and heard something on the corner of Edenfield and Chivhill Rd. I coudn’t see anything and didn’t want to go on their property without their permission. Please keep your eyes and ears out in that neighborhood.
