Cockatiel- yellow/white ‘Cecil’ missing from Barnswood Road Carew/Mayfield since 15th of January 2024. Has a band on left foot, but don’t know the number. Likes to land on heads and usually responds to “Hello Cecil” and whistling “if you’re happy and you know it”. Valued member of the family. Would appreciate any information on his whereabouts abouts.
