Name is Scarlet, was last spotted in outcalt section of Monroe Township, in Middlesex County. He was making whistling and screeching sounds from the tree when we has twice spotted. He will stay in tree unless spooked. He’s very friendly will step up to anybody at “step up” command. He doesn’t have a band or microchip but if caught, he has a speck/scare on his lower beak.
