Red Headed Yellow body lovebird —–November 13, 2015, my baby love bird accidentally flew away. He was on my sister back cling on to her, my sister didn’t notice until she swung her pursue onto her shoulder walking out the building and scared to bird. She made multiple attempts to catch her, however failed. My lovebird is more than a bird she grew to us and we would really love her back. She is 11months soon to be a year on November 25th. Piojo (her name), was last seen on 24 Elliot Place in Bronx near the intersection of Walton and Jerome. She is approximately 13–15 cm; 43–47 g. Head red with pink/yellowish bill and white eye-ring; breast yellow extending as collar onto nape; belly, wings and tail yellow, all but central yellow. The right side of Piojo’s beak is chipped from birth and majority if the time has a piece of feather sticking up into of his head like a Mohawk. Please if anyone finds her, please call/text/email me. My mother is very sadden by this.
