Hi! I lost my pet budgie today because my relative let him out the window. He is a cobalt blue budgie, nearly 1 year old. He is bubbly and playful. He responds to his name “Bluey” and loves flying on phones. He understands Chinese and English. He just finished molting with some pin feathers and has 3 large throat spots on his left side and 2 on his right.
