He is not fully trained or trusting if you whistle or sing he will whistle back .
He doesn’t like heat or flying often ( he is not very good at it) if he fly he will often hit a window. He look for a cage as a safe spot he doesn’t like people touching or getting near him unless he is sleepy or tired. He will only let you scratch his head and nothing no more he can step up but only on a stick or preach.
