My parakeet Smoke escaped 31 May from next to Markham Elementary School. She was seen twice in the morning of 1 June near the Cambria Apartments on Luradel and was last seen flying towards Barbur Boulevard.
She is a violet-gray budgie with white and black striations on wings. Her wings are unclipped. She is eight years old and has a predisposition towards respiratory infections. She is unsocial and will probably not respond to her name, and may try to nip if cornered. When seen, she was favoring branches about 6′ off the ground. She is not banded or chipped. She may or may not respond to the sound of other budgies.
Reward offered, $150. She has a distressed cage mate who misses her tremendously as well as that I miss her.
