He is unclipped and may be hard to catch, as he does not like strangers… but he’ll do anything for a millet spray. He is very missed and loved, and there is a $250 reward for his safe return. He’s very vocal, will respond to whistling or his name (Zeno), and isn’t very good at landing. Last sighted behind Tubbies in State College on Buchenhorst Rd.
