Simon is an 8 yr old African Grey. He is very friendly, talks alot, responds to Romeo sometimes also (cats name). He says “Hello, this is Ryan” if a phone rings usually and will make noises almost constantly while you are on the phone. He calls the cats by making a ssspt sound when you say Romeo and calls the other cat Baby Girl.
He is light gray around the eye with a little bit darker gray for the rest of his body and red tail feathers. Flew off when startled by fireworks on 7/3/11 around 7pm in Land O Lakes near Lutz and Odessa borders.
He doesnt fly too well and needs a high perch to usually take off from. Most likely he will land on the ground and need to climb up to fly again. If found on the ground, he will say the words “Step Up” so you know he wants to be picked up.
