2 of the stolen greys in St-Placide where recovered with the help of Perroquetsecours. Here’s the email received from the owner :

We wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
GOOD NEWS, our two African greys where found but still lacks the alexandrine. The police handed the birds to us last week but our little female, which had severe plucking has mutilated herself even more due to stress. We had to see the vet with her cause she also has severe injuries on the back and on one wing, we have to give her medication and we have to do hydrotherapy every day to help her get better. They are both very happy to find their friends and family. My female ggave me kisses when the police brought her home. Thank you so much, it’s because of the information that Perroquetsecours provided if we got 2 of our birds back. We hope to foind our alexandrine, we keep hope and we keep you informed.

J’ai contacté la propriétaire et voici les informations à ce sujet :
3 oiseaux de Perroquets en folie ont été volés durant la nuit du 13 au 14 Nov. 2011 dont 2 gris du Congo et 1 Alexandrine. Un des gris fait beaucoup de picage et est déplumé. Si vous avez des informations ou si vous voyez des oiseaux louches à vendre, prière de contacter Robert Papineau au (450) 258-4713 et SVP faites circuler.
