I saw 3 large parrots flying together just north of Winchester Va yesterday , sept 20, 2014 evening around 5:00 pm. I do t know anything about parrots but saw the silhouettes that did not look familiar but was somewhat falcon like. Watching them as best I could while driving I saw flashes of red. Then all three made a hard right turn across the road and showed very distinct red and yellow or green and possibly blue. They were at least crow size with long tails. Figured someone had to be missing them but didn’t know what to do about it.
