DEC 19-14 Seen recently in the vicinity of Kate Sessions Park and north Pacific Beach.
–Medium size bird (pigeon size, but more potato-shaped)
–GREY body, –BRIGHT RED tail.CONGO AFRICAN GREY
–SOUNDS: whistles tunes, does loud whistle calls, beeps, electronic sounds and talking.

Someone could take her in because she is normally friendly. If you see or hear a new parrot in the area that fits her description, please contact me.
