Hello, Perkins is a very sweet friendly sun Conure. He is missing feathers all over his head and face because for some reason his sister Brooklyn likes to pull them out. He loves to fly and hang upside down from most anything hanging. Loves sitting on the fan blades and flap his wings so it spins. He is Banded but not micro chipped.
