Scout is approximately 6.5 years old and can talk and whistle. He has a bright red tail and a few small red feathers on his legs near his feet. We don’t know that Scout is a male as he hasn’t been sexed. His bird friend, Oliver misses him very much, as well as his human family. He flew from the neighborhood off Great South West and Channing.
