A turquoise and yellow parakeet with almost heart shaped black spots on his face (4 of them). We call him “Percy” but sometimes responds to “papi”. Sweetest bird ever and is being desperately missed by 3 little girls and 1 mama:(. He was brought home from a petco on Bandera rd. In San Antonio, Tx.
