She was startled and flew away. She can fly well. She was last heard between SE 11th PL and Mountain BLVD on a tree on 6-28-12. She is also a feather-plucking bird. At the time of missing, her white dawn was shown on her front collar and upper chest area. She usually wears a protective collar to prevent her from the plucking behavior. At the time of missing, she did not have her collar on.
