Jeff is actually female. Ex Belgian racer that I saved from death and have had ever since (5+ years)
Has red and yellow leg bands stupidly still the Belgian ones because Jeff was so scared of outside I never envisioned Jeff going awol.
Was sun sunbathing on balcony and got spooked and flew away.
He/she has a missing middle toe stump on left foot
Not very streetwise crash lands/ gets stuck in packets
I miss Jeff so much and to make things worse I was in process of moving.
Going to try and dig out old pics and see if I have full leg band numbers.
Has Belgian race club and 2013 date (I think)
