-Should be male, young so it’s smaller compared to a normal cockatiel (I believe). Has red eyes when seen in good lighting
-with a small bald spot on top of its head currently, behind the crest. Depending on the day it’s found, the spot may have been covered with feathers by now.
-Near it’s neck, there’s small faint traces of brown (not it’s natural color but either dry feathers/unknown things stuck to it)
