Billie is a 28-year-old female Senegal parrot. one of three born in Arcata, California, in1995 and sold at Arcata Pet Supply a short time after reaching an independent state.. Billie can be shy, but generally she is warm, curious, and candid. She was in “nesting” mode when she left, looking somewhat unkempt; however, her plumage is probably radiant and full at this time. I believe that she is moving in a southwest direction, staying relatively close to the coast. I am offering a $1,000 reward for her safe return, and would like to hear from those who know about her whereabouts. If she is found, and she has passed, I would yet appreciate a call or email.
