My sweet, beautiful grey cockatiel Nimbus went missing near Jonata Middle School in Buellton on the evening of September 16, 2016. He loves to sit on people’s heads, and I’m hoping he will eventually land on someone and let them walk inside with him. He does wolf whistles and medleys of the many songs we have tried to teach him. He loves honey graham crackers. He doesn’t exactly respond to the words “step up,” but he does climb onto your finger if he wants to go where he thinks you are taking him. He will either gently peck your hand or just move away if he doesn’t want to go with you, but he never actually bites or causes any pain. He is a very sweet little bird.
