Minnie is a very small white parakeet with some grey/ light black markings and a blue belly.
She is partially blind meaning she can only sense light and darkness and maybe can make out fuzzy images at the most. She is hand trained and knows her name. She is the sweetest little bird and is very trusting of humans and will probably let herself be picked up. She would more than likely be down low in the bushes instead if in the trees.
