10-month old cinnamon pearly pied cockatiel named Lulu. She has an identical angel wing, pearl pattern on her back. The rest of her body is yellowish white. She has a fairly thin and short tail. Her wing is clipped but only a few feathers, she’s capable of flying around the house and change direction. She can do step up but very easily scared, has not replied to call yet.
