Our pet parakeet has a blue belly with white and black feathers on his wings and head, his tail is dark blue. He should be found around the mira mesa blvd area in San Diego 92126. He flew away from the third story of the legacy apartments and has been missing since 12:30am on 2-18-18. He doesn’t have clipped wings and he has a tag on his foot that is a burnt red color. He knows his name and can be referred to as Blue. He loves millet and will commonly fly onto people heads.
