She is a green bird, a big red round beak, has a streak of red on both her wings, a long tail, a very light black ring “necklace” of feathers around her neck, and a high pitched scream.
She may have flown anywhere in the San Pablo or Richmond area, maybe even further. Please keep a lookout for her and contact me if seen or have her. Thank you
