BLUE PARROTLET – VERY YOUNG, 5 WEEKS OLD, 5″ LONG. LIMITED FLYING DISTANCE AS STILL YOUNG. TAME, LANDING ON SHOULDER, HAND FED. Streets affected: Peralta, Mullen, York, Franconia.
She made a sudden break through the cage door when briefly opened to place some seeds, managed to scoot over back of my hand and out through the open house door… Done searches on foot, placed notices/photos across area as she should not be far off with the limited flying… May approach if she hears gentle whistling.
