He is very friendly and talks. Will most likely say ‘pretty bird’ or ‘peek a boo’. He flew out our garage and was last seen in the trees in the MEADOWS neighborhood across food lion on legion road in chapel hill (27517). Please contact me at 9194780868 if seen.
