Tico is a mainly green Quaker Parrot. He has arthritis in o e of his back perch toes. It takes him a bit to get his foot to perch right. He’s very social, but also a very nervous bird. He has a vast vocabulary..very talkative. Laughs when he’s nervous or scared. Loves to snuggle, and be close, and he will tell you that. He loves apples, and associates them with “night night” ” let’s go bed” He loves yo sing pretty bird, purple rain, and good morning to you. We rescued Tico, and his Conure “sister” from a bad situation several years ago. His sister is very codependent on Tico, and is a mess right now. We miss Tico terribly.
