Barney will say all kinds of phrases, hi bird, hi barney, coughs, etc. He might step up on your hand but he was abused in the past so he will step up on a stick/perch. He knows the command of step up and go in, which means go in the cage. He prefers men over women. He has been gone along time but I still am looking for him. I hope someone has found him and didn’t think of looking too much and still has him. He’s been gone too long and I miss him.
