Riley is a Mustache Parrot and very friendly. Loves people and will fly to head or shoulder. He does not bite if you see him call his name and pat your shoulder. Will ride on head or finger as well. But you will have to hold him once you get him or he will fly again. Has never been outside. He is very afraid of inanimate objects.
