He is gray with a yellow head. He sings loudly and responds to whistling and other cockatiel calls. He is tame, but if you chase him, he will become scared and fly away. Please approach him slowly, crouching, and with an arm outstretched. He will come to your hand. However he is afraid of hats!!
His wings are not clipped. He will fly if scared. Please help!!! MISSING SINCE 9/23/18
