Louie is a male green Quaker Parrot. He is missing the feathers around his neck. He is missing a front toenail. He responds to Louie and Lewis. He loves to say “you’re pretty” ” wanna play peekaboo” and “you’re poopy”. He is friendly but can be shy. Please help me find him.
