Phoebe is a 2 yr old female bird she is normally clipped but I grew out her wings this summer to let her exercise more, so she is an inexperienced flyer and I don’t believe she is left a 2-5 mile area. Her favorite words are “what” and “hello”. She gets very excited when she hears a bag of treats, her favorite are dried mangos. She is not a fan to being pet but love to be on your shoulder giving kisses. She is BANDED XX LA XXX
