Cotton is a 5 year old albino cockatiel. He is very sweet but scared of strangers. He was last seen headed towards Hwy 90 North. He doesn’t know any specific whistles, but when he is very scared and can’t see me, he will do a very terrible wolf whistle. Please help me find my baby!!!
