He is a 1-year-old bright yellow male Indian Ringneck parrot with:
• A green ring/band on his leg
• A faint/faded ring around his neck (his neck ring recently started developing)
He may be sitting quietly in trees, on rooftops, or near backyards around the area. If you see him anywhere near your house or neighborhood, please let us know immediately.
