Oliver is a 4 year old African Grey who escaped on Dec 29. He is not much of a talker but whistles when I’m out of sight. He likes to be perched on my hand but does not like to be pet. It’s very cold outside so I really hope someone has found him as Vegas is calling for snow tonight 🙁
