Tito is a conure blue crowned bird he never leaves or goes far he always stays around our area which is why we believe he was stolen. Tito whistles back at times when you whistle and he loves landing on people. He doesn’t always listen to his name but if you put ur arm next to him he usually will hop on and he is always lured with bird food if layed out. He is very smart.
