Small Meyer Parrot named Angel. Much like other Meyer Parrots, but has several bright feathers. A lot of light blue feathers can be seen when he flys. I know that he has a band on his leg but he is extremely active and I am unable to see the complete band( A part of his band can be seen in Pict).
