The bird’s name is Tali. She is less than 2 months old. She is dark grey with white patches on her wings and a small patch of yellow on her head. Her tail is spotted grey and white and has two streaks of yellow. She responds to English and Spanish and knows the phrases “Mommy”, “Grandma”, etc. Any information would be helpful.
