UPDATE! REUNITED!!
Timmy is fully flighted and actually is a girl. She is a plucked and has lost the white feathers under her chest. She can say a few words and may call for Hooty, which is her sister. She is bright, loving and loves men, women not so much. May bite when afraid but rarely bites a man. She is 25 years old and accidentally got outside. Her family misses her and loves her so much.
