Blue parrakeet. Sky blue chest with white and gray. Flew out the door when kid opened it. 5 years old and family friend. Hand trained and loves to be played with.
I live right off of Barlow greenmount road next to a cattle farm. I border RT15 in between steinweir ave and taneytown rd. December is her name she does have a band but I cant find the numbers. I will update with a picture when I can have a friend scan it in. She is missed by the family and her cage mate. They both had free range of our home and flew threw out the home. This is the 1st time she ever went near the entryway.
