Goober whistles, and does a loud high pitched beep (like a smoke detector) and does a kiss noise. He also talks and will say Goober good boy over and over. He may not step up on your arm but he will step up on a rope perch. Goober is banded and I will supply all band information.
Goober is a fully flighted Jardines parrot. He has a very small patch of orange on his wings and an orange patch on his head.
